Delcambe selects the different models of shoes offered in its stores so that they meet the required criteria in terms of comfort, elegance, quality and budget. To do this, we meet with hundreds of traders and brand representatives throughout the year.
We also co-produce shoe models directly with manufacturers. They are European artisanal manufacturers, usually small workshops in Italy, Portugal or Spain. This privileged relationship makes it possible to adapt the models for our Walloon and Brussels customers.

SIf you would like to exchange your shoes after purchase, this is possible. On the condition of course that they have not been worn or used and that they are returned to us within fifteen days of their purchase, accompanied by the sales receipt, in their original packaging.

Our history
1893: Louis Delcambe opens a shoe repair shop in Genappe. He makes made-to-measure shoes.
1920: Adelin Delcambe and his wife Gabrielle open a shoe store in Nivelles, rue de Namur. They will occupy different buildings in this street to end at n ° 97.
This is where they develop great brands such as Swiss Bally, Salamander and well-known Belgian brands.
Their daughter Josette Delcambe took up the torch in 1962 and in 1965 opened another point of sale in Mons, rue de la Chaussée.
It was the heyday of Italian footwear, which it imported directly from factories through the purchasing cooperative (ABCD) created in 1946 with a few independent Belgians.
With Marc, Jérôme and Catherine, it is the fourth generation that continues to develop the stores.
In 1979:: opening in Mons, rue de la Chaussée, of a store dedicated to children.
In 1981: transfer of the store for men and women to 66 rue de la Chaussée, in a historic building, bathed in the light of a large glass roof. More and more customers are taking advantage of the additional space offered by the new brand; rue de la Chaussée becomes pedestrianized.
1988: this time, the Nivelles store moves to expand, still in the rue de Namur.
1992: opening on rue de la cle in Mons of a store specializing in more casual comfortable shoes and slippers.
1994: opening of a new store in the Cora La Louvière shopping center.
1996: expansion of the children's store in Mons. Delcambe moved to building 68 rue la Chaussée. New space for young people and trendy shoes.
2003: opening of a new store at the Grands Prés shopping center in Mons. The fifth generation is on the move.
2008: opening at the Wilson shopping center in Jemappes.
2012: two stores opened in the same year, one at the Esplanade shopping center in Louvain-la-Neuve and the other at the Shopping Center in Nivelles.
2015: Opening of a store in Froyennes
2016: Installation of a new warehouse and renovation of the Grands Prés and La Louvière stores.
2017-2021: Opening of new stores in Docks Bruxelles, at the Les Bastions shopping center in Tournai, in Gembloux rue de la Sucrerie, in Ath and in Waterloo and renovation of the Jemappes store.
At the time of this writing: a network of 11 stores, trusted references in their region and 1 e-commerce site, allowing the reservation, sale and consultation of the availability of models.
